Chatting with one of the O'reilly Auto Parts employee about Bondo and my concerns with it he mention to mix it with fiberglass resin....? and use it as a filler. Has anyone here used this on the Fiero? Seems to me that it would be more durable then just filling in with plan old Bondo.

This is not practical for bodywork but for mold making just use kitty hair filler and get a good brand.

Hey
This is the first time I hear about "rondo"
from looking at the video, it provides a small layer that would be hard but brittle, since there is no fiberglass matt to provide strengt.
I would personally not use it on a car.
I have been using "Duraglass" which is what is also called "Kitty hair "
There is one w/ long hairs n w/ short hairs.

Hope that helps smile

ps. get that car on the road !!!!
