Yes Sir, I did.
I put on a pink shirt right after the meeting with the bosses.
It was a big hit, a lot of people in my bay signed it!
Good times...

Yeah, I just noticed that. I hope nobody ends up driving out there, just to find the track closed.

I'll be there Friday night, though.

Argh...
I'm not going to be able to make it. Just found out I get to work Saturday and I can't pass up the OT.

Good luck!

That's OK. You didn't miss much. I only got to make one pass before the rain rolled in, and they closed the track. The announcer guy also mentioned they had recently removed all the rubber residue off the track, so it wasn't very grippy. A lot of people were having problems with traction.

Lincoln stopped by, and got a video of my run. My run wasn't anything special, and I didn't beat my previous personal best time. But I did take a Mustang GT500 owner back to class for Launching 101. biggrin

It was very cool to hang out and see some nice cars.

Here is what happen from my point of view:

I saw Blacktree (BT) staging and saw the car next to him, it was a new Shelby GT500 convertible,
I though man that is going to make BT look really bad ....... sad
when they took off I was like  OMG/Shocked  I could not believe how BT (Blacktree) kept up with the car.
I was smiling like crazy and was supper happy for BT

I say you need to do it again and hopefully the track will be properly prep.

Even though it rain  rant I still had fun smile
