he assaulted me in public with many witnesses.  The statute of limitations isn't up yet.  I figure I will wait for a very inopportune time in his life, to make him have to come down here for court.     I took screenshots of his admission of guilt on pennocks as to what he did, and I found a non fiero guy who actually contacted me who gave me video of the assault(was filming the car coincidentally when this all happened).  My buddies dad is a prosecutor and he says with those two pieces of evidence its an open and shut case in my favor.

Sorry, I couldn't watch all of the video cause I got fed up with all the I hate Archie bull crap. It just looked like bait to get people to listen to you say that Archie sucks. The car SOUNDED terrific though.

I'm not really a fan of Archie either after seeing his work up close, but I'll voice that opinion by not sending him my money and making sure that my friends don't either.

And if the "assault" was a couple years back at Daytona... good luck proving that it wasn't provoked. We all watched it. It was VERY intertaining.

Now THAT video I would enjoy seeing.

If I went to an 80's TV show reunion convention and wore around a T-shirt that said Mr.T sucks, then went up and got in his general vicinity, I would expect to get stuffed in a trunk too. Not to say you don't probably have a case against him... the legal system is a screwed up place, as we all know.

I'm really not saying this to get you all razzed up, just sayin' man. You look like you have some real talent for making our little cars go fast. You just need to learn how to get along and play nice. Unfortunately this is the nicest way I can say that. You'll get so much farther in life with friends to back you up instead of enemies chasing you down.
